Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no reason needed. This is your right of withdrawal under French and European consumer law.

How it works

• Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and the items you are returning.
• Send the items back within 14 days of that email, unworn, unwashed, with any labels, to the address we give you.
• Return shipping is paid by you. Use a tracked service: the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
• We refund the items and the original outbound shipping within 14 days of receiving the return, to the payment method you used.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or with a defect, tell us within the legal warranty period and we replace or refund it, return shipping on us.

Size swap

Stock is small and sizes are limited. If you want a different size, return the item as above and place a new order while the size is still available.
