Shipping

Everything ships from Annecy-le-Vieux, France, packed by hand within two business days of your order. Tracking included.

Where we ship, and what it costs

• France: €7 per order, 2–3 business days.
• European Union: €9 per order, 3–6 business days.
• Switzerland: €15 per order, 3–8 business days.

Shipping is free on orders of €90 or more. We do not ship outside the European Union and Switzerland for now.

Switzerland and customs

Switzerland: orders above about CHF 62 (goods + shipping) may incur Swiss VAT and customs handling, charged to you on delivery. We cannot prepay these on your behalf; a customs declaration travels with every Swiss parcel.
