Terms of sale

These terms (conditions générales de vente) apply to every order placed on hoscracing.com with Subdivo, a French micro-entreprise, SIRET 108 868 217 00010, based in Annecy-le-Vieux, France. By ordering you accept them.

Products and prices

Prices are in euro and final. TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI. Shipping is added at checkout according to the destination. Photos are of the actual items; colours may vary slightly from screen to screen.

Order and payment

The order is confirmed once payment is accepted. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. You receive a receipt by email. If an item is no longer available after your order, we refund it in full.

Delivery

See the shipping page for zones, prices and delivery times. Delivery times are estimates. For Switzerland, import VAT and customs handling, if any, are charged to you on delivery.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, as described on the returns page. Return shipping is at your expense. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the items.

Legal warranties

You benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the Code de la consommation) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Code civil).

Disputes and mediation

If we cannot settle a complaint between us, you may use the consumer mediation service free of charge, as provided by article L.612-1 of the Code de la consommation. Applicable law

French law applies. These terms are written in English for convenience; French consumer law governs.
